Has Access to My Personal Information?

personal or account information collected by Babysittingclass.com
is used only by the customer service representatives of A Girl's
World Productions Inc., PO Box 153551, San Diego, CA 92195-3551.

What
Information Do You Collect? Why?
When
you wish to take our class, we need to know your name, the student's
name, e-mail address, delivery address for the certificate and
credit card number and expiration date, or checking information.
This allows us to charge for the class, send you registration
information via email, and send you your personalized Babysitting
Certificate and Business Kit when you pass the test at the end
of six classes.
We also
ask for your telephone number. Having your phone number enables
us to contact you quickly if there is a problem with your order,
such as your email not working or if you sign up with an incomplete
email address. If your email bounces, we will be unable to give
you your registration codes automatically.
We collect
email address information so that our program may automatically
send out passcodes to students. We may also occasionally notify
students about important changes to the Web site, such as a
new feature or function. If you would rather not receive this
information and you have registered for one of our classes,
you may opt out by sending an email to
unsubscribe@babysittingclass.com
We also
use a special customer service program created by Boldchat.com.
This program enables us to chat with customers online in real
time to answer questions and solve problems. The program records
IP addresses and follows customers as they progress through
the pages on the site. This is done so we can better serve your
customer service needs. The program also records where students
had problems and on what pages. The only use we have for this
information is to look at it and work to improve our Babysittingclass
software.
We also
have the option, with the typed permission of a student during
a live chat session, to remotely solve signin, registration

You Use "Cookies"?

we do not use cookies on our website.
Information
Use
At Babysittingclass.com,
we use the information we collect about you only to process
orders, create your personalized certificate and mail you your
business kit. Any other information is used only by our customer
service department to contact you or chat with you if there
is a question or a problem with your account.
We may
employ other companies and individuals to perform work on our
behalf such as: mailing out certificates, handling online customer
service requests, sending e-mails, making phone calls, analysing
data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card
payments and providing customer service as needed. These companies
and individuals may have access to your IP address and signup
information in order to perform the aforementioned tasks, but
will not use that information for any other purpose.
Any
company we outsource work to is required to follow strict privacy
and security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
that you have given us. We are committed to excellent customer

Babysittingclass.com
resells classes to youth groups and clubs and recreation departments
either directly or through an affiliate program. We handle information
in a slightly different way under the following situations.
Recognitions
on Affiliate Sites
Some
babysitters may purchase their course memberships through our
Affiliate Partners. Several are registry services for sitters
and parents that are resellers of our course. We share the name
and email address of students who have purchased their memberships
through our Affiliate Sites with the Administrator of these
sites so that these students may receive a special recognition
online that verifies that they have taken and passed our course.
Girl
Scouts of America
Some
babysitters may purchase their course memberships through their
troop leaders or as an individual Juliette Scout for the purpose
of earning a badge or fulfilling the requirements of an Interest
Project. Troop Leaders that sign up students in groups have
access to the information about which students have signed up
and how they are progressing in the course.
City
Recreation Departments
We are
required by many City Recreation Departments to make a report
at the end of the year of how many students took our class,
and to ask students for an assessment of our course. We are
required to reveal the results of that assessment, and under
certain conditions may also give student information to a City
Recreation Department for follow up or to handle customer service
situations that might arise.
Do
You Disclose Information to Any Other Outside Groups?
No,
Babysittingclass.com does not sell, trade or rent personal information
to anyone. We may provide aggregate statistics about sales,
traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party
vendors, but these statistics will not include any personally
identifiable information.
We may
