Welcome to our Babysitter's Certificate Class, an e-learning service
of A Girl's World Online Clubhouse, also known as AGW. Please read these
terms over carefully before purchasing access to our Babysitter's Certificate
Class. These terms lets students (or "you") know exactly what
you can expect from our program.
Disclaimer
Notice: By accessing this site and any pages therof, you agree to be
bound by the terms of use described on this page. Please read these terms
carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of use herein listed, please
do not futher access this site, use our program, or access any of our
pages.
Your use of this site and our program constitutes your acceptance of
the terms of use herein listed.
What We Guarantee
Payment or presentation of a valid registration number guarantees access
to our Babysitter's Certificate Class for a year from date of registration.
After one year, your registration number will automatically expire. We
do not guarantee that every student will pass the class. We do not guarantee
that our program will run on every combination of computer, browser and
Internet connection. Course fees are payable in advance.
What is your refund policy?
We have the best Babysitting Certificate course in the world, so our
guarantee is also the best. Your satisfaction with our course, product
and service are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with our
Babysitting Course, our Business Kit or our service for any reason, you
may return your course materials, Certificate and Kit and we will refund
you your full purchase price by check sent through the postal service.
Password Confidentiality
You may not share your access information with others. You are entirely
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and account
and for all activities that occur under your account. You hereby indemnify,
defend, and hold us and our affiliates and our officers, directors, owners,
agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors, and licensees (collectively,
the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and
all liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees') incurred
by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of
any breach by you of this Agreement or claims arising from your account.
Termination
Your access to www.babysittingclass.com may be terminated immediately
without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with
any term or provision of these terms.

AGW is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by disruption of
service or from any cause whatsoever. Under no circumstances, including,
but not limited to, negligence, shall AGW be liable for any special or
consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to
use, the materials in this site, even if AGW has been advised of the possibility

Information Use
Information provided by Babysitter's Certificate Class students upon
signing up will only be used by AGW and its affiliates to provide student
access to the Babysitter's Certificate Class, ensure the security of the
Babysitter's Certificate Class, pay commissions to retailers and affiliates,
perform customer service and evaluation reports, and to allow law enforcement
agencies to follow up and prosecute any illegal activity, such as, but
not limited to, harassment, abuse or child endangerment. AGW will not
sell or provide to any other party sign up information, except as needed

Access
From time to time, AGW's Webmaster may have the need to disable the Babysitter's
Certificate Class for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Whenever possible,
Babysitter's Certificate Class students will be notified of the dates
and times of scheduled system maintenance either by e-mail or a posting
on the pages in the Babysitter's Certificate Class. However, emergencies
do happen. Therefore, AGW reserves the right to suspend, change, modify,
or discontinue the Babysitter's Certificate Class at any time, including,
without limitation, the availability of any content, databases, programs,
features, or equipment needed to access our Babysitter's Certificate Class.
AGW may limit or restrict Member access to the Babysitter's Certificate
Class and its programs or features without notice or liability.
Submissions
All materials students post, edit, email, mail or submit to "Babysittingclass.com"
will become the property of A Girl's World Productions, Inc., and cannot
be returned. We have the right to post, edit, copy, use, distribute, modify
and publish your submissions in any media whether now known or not yet
conceived.
Applicable Law
This site and its terms of use will be governed by the laws of the State
of California. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and its
Terms of Use at any time.
